Trigger a named pipeline against a credentialing workflow
POST/credentialing-workflows/:workflowId/pipeline-runs
Enqueues or executes a pipeline run for the credentialing workflow identified by workflowId. Requires JWT permission CREDENTIALING_WORKFLOW_PIPELINE_TRIGGER. The request body must include a pipelineName field specifying which pipeline to run (CAQH, NPDB, or CREDENTIALING_WORKFLOW). Returns 200 on success with the pipeline-run acknowledgement payload.
