Delete a file attachment from a credentialing workflow

DELETE 
/credentialing-workflows/:workflowId/attachments

Deletes an attachment from the credentialing workflow identified by workflowId. The request body must identify the attachment via id (the row/record identifier) and fileUrl (the storage URL of the file). Requires the tenant-id header. Returns 200 with the deletion result on success.
