Creates a new record in the specified sectionName of the credentialing workflow identified by workflowId. Supported sections: appVerifications, boardCertifications, cds, dea, educationTraining, hospitalAffiliations, licenses, licensureActions, malpracticeInsurance, npdbReports, performanceIndicators, practiceLocations, professionalIds, sanctions, siteVisits, specialties, supportingDocuments.
