Data Dictionaries

Field-level reference for the CertifyOS credentialing and roster Excel exports. Each dictionary lists every column produced by the export, grouped by the Excel tab (section) it appears on, and is searchable and filterable in the browser. CSV and JSON copies are available to download from each page.

The data described in these dictionaries is applicable to ProviderHub only. It does not apply to Classic.
