Retrieve a specific pipeline run by ID

GET 
/credentialing-workflows/:workflowId/pipeline-runs/:id

Returns the pipeline run identified by id for the credentialing workflow identified by workflowId. Requires JWT permission CREDENTIALING_WORKFLOW_PIPELINE_TRIGGER. Set includeSteps to true to include the individual step-level detail for the run. Use GET /credentialing-workflows/{workflowId}/pipeline-runs to list all runs for a workflow.
