Run a read-only SSA DMF check for a credentialing workflow

/credentialing-workflows/:id/dmf-check

Reads SSN and date of birth from the tenant-owned workflow on the server, then calls the existing DAL DMF check. Requires credentialing workflow read and practitioner read:pii permissions. SSN is not accepted from or returned to the caller. The workflow is not modified. Unavailable inputs or source failures are returned as UNKNOWN, never as a no-match.
