Manage board certifications for a practitioner

/practitioners/:id/board-certifications

Updates, creates, or deletes board certification records for the specified practitioner; supply an array of certification items where each item includes an action field indicating the operation to perform (create, update, or delete). Use this to synchronize the complete set of board certifications for a practitioner — adding new certifications, modifying existing ones, or removing certifications that are no longer valid; operations are applied per-item based on the action field. {id} is the certifyPractitionerId. Submitting an empty array wholesale-clears the entire board-certifications section with no confirmation step — there is no null/empty guard on this endpoint.
