Remove a role from a practitioner-location record

/practitioners/practitioner-locations/:id/roles/remove

Removes a role key from the specified practitioner-location association record and from all associated location-network assignment records for that location. Use this to fully remove a role at the group-practitioner-location level; this is not a termination, it deletes the role key entirely. For terminating a role (setting a termination date) on a specific network assignment, use PUT /practitioners/practitioner-role-assignments/{id}/terminate instead. {id} is the GroupPractitionerLocation record identifier, and the role being removed must exist on the record. This endpoint does not apply the active-credentialing/monitoring-workflow guard used by PUT /practitioners/terminate.
