Get all relationship data for a practitioner

/practitioners/:id/relationships/all

Returns all relationship data for the specified practitioner. The response format depends on the transformed query parameter: when false (default), the response is a raw nested relationship structure; when true, it is a flattened format with deduplicated networks, groups, locations, specialties, and related metadata. Use this when you need a comprehensive view of a practitioner's entire relationship graph; for individual relationship types, use the more targeted /relationships/groups, /relationships/locations, or /relationships/networks endpoints instead. {id} is the certifyPractitionerId.

Responses​

All the relationships that the practitioner belongs to successfully retrieved. Response structure varies based on the 'transformed' parameter: When transformed=false, returns raw data with nested structure containing tenantPractitionerId, tenantPractitionerSpecialties, and groupMemberships. When transformed=true, returns a transformed structure with flattened arrays: networks, groups, groupLocations, groupSpecialties, practitionerSpecialties, networksPlansData, locationsGroupsData, specialtiesData, groupsData, and groupMemberships.
