List a practitioner's scope event log
GET/practitioners/:certifyPractitionerId/scope-events
Returns the scope events (today: state and line of business terminations) recorded for a practitioner in the caller's tenant (CP-41646), newest first. {certifyPractitionerId} is the certifyPractitionerId. Each entry carries the scope, event type, effective date, reason text, source and roster linkage, plus slicesWritten, the contributing slices the event was applied to (empty when none were recorded). The practitioner's NPI and the tenant id are not returned.
Gated by practitioner.scope-termination.read.enabled (default false); returns 404 as if the endpoint did not exist while disabled.
