Update credentialing-date fields on a CRED_APPROVED timeline event

Partially updates an existing CRED_APPROVED timeline event and its associated workflow in a single atomic transaction. When to use: Use to record or correct the next credentialing date after a CRED_APPROVED event has been created. This endpoint only works for events of type CRED_APPROVED — requests for other event types will be rejected. Updatable fields (all optional in a given call): nextCredentialingDate, nextCredentialingDateSource, changeReason, nextCredentialingDateChangeLog. Side effects: Both the timeline event and the associated workflow document are updated atomically within a single transaction. Returns: 200 OK with the updated timeline event and workflow fields. Returns 400 if the event type is not CRED_APPROVED or if business rules are violated.
