Delete a facility credentialing workflow

DELETE 
/facility-credentialing-workflows/:workflowId

Permanently removes the specified facility credentialing workflow from the system. When to use: Use to remove a workflow that was created in error or is no longer needed. This action is not idempotent — a second call on the same ID will return 404 Not Found. Returns: 204 No Content on success. Whether the underlying row is hard- or soft-deleted is determined by the DAL and is not asserted here.
