Fetch a single facility credentialing workflow

Returns the full, hydrated details of a single facility credentialing workflow by its ID. When to use: Use when you already know the workflow ID. To search or filter across many workflows, use GET /facility-credentialing-workflows. Preconditions: The workflow must belong to the caller's tenant — cross-tenant access is blocked by an ownership guard. Returns: 200 OK with a fully populated GetFacilityCredentialingWorkflowResponse, including hydrated facility data and the current credentialing status.
