Update the credentialing cycle on a facility workflow

Sets the credentialing cycle for the specified facility credentialing workflow. Valid values are INITIAL (the facility's first credentialing) and RECREDENTIALING (a subsequent periodic review). When to use: Set to INITIAL when the facility is being credentialed for the first time; change to RECREDENTIALING when the workflow represents a renewal cycle. Side effects: Idempotency: Setting the same cycle value again is a no-op. Returns: 200 OK.
