Update the file type classification of a facility workflow

Sets the file type classification for the specified facility credentialing workflow. Valid values are CLEAN, NON_CLEAN, and PENDING. When to use: Update this field when a compliance review determines the facility's file status. CLEAN indicates no outstanding issues; NON_CLEAN indicates unresolved issues requiring follow-up; PENDING indicates review is not yet complete. Returns: 200 OK with a change-summary object.
