List permitted next statuses for a facility workflow

GET 
/facility-credentialing-workflows/:workflowId/timeline-events/status-options

Returns the status values the caller is permitted to transition the specified workflow to, along with the required request parameters for each transition. When to use: Call this before POST /facility-credentialing-workflows/{workflowId}/timeline-events to discover which status transitions are available given the workflow's current state and the calling user's roles. Results are filtered per the caller's permissions — statuses the caller cannot apply will not appear. Returns: 200 OK with a FacilityStatusOptionsResponse listing available target statuses and, for each, the fields required in the timeline event request body.
