Delete all outreach settings for one type
DELETE/organizations/:organizationId/outreach-settings/:type
Deletes the saved outreach settings for a single outreach type, removing both the INITIAL and RECREDENTIALING cycle records for that type in one call - there is no way to delete a single cycle in isolation. Calling this on a type that has nothing saved is a silent success: it still returns 204 rather than 404. Calling it twice in a row has the same end state as calling it once (idempotent). Requires the TENANT_SETTINGS_OUTREACH_UPDATE permission.
