The four Anchor Ops summary cards for one Anchor Group

/api/v1/anchor-groups/:anchorGroupId/practitioners/summary

Group-level counts, deliberately independent of the list filters (PO, 2026-08-26): the frontend refetches them only when the Anchor Group selection changes. manualOverride and reviewRequired are nonzero only once a recompute has observed an override on the row.
