The Anchor Ops inventory for one Anchor Group

/api/v1/anchor-groups/:anchorGroupId/practitioners

Paginated practitioner rows — exactly the seven inventory columns, served by the DAL's enriched read (CP-38261) in one call. Ordered by effective anchor date, oldest first, nulls last (fixed server-side; the grid offers no sorting). Name searches match case-insensitively on any part of the name; NPI must be exact. The Tenant filter matches practitioners whose effective participating tenants include the given tenant.
