One practitioner's anchor state within one Anchor Group

Everything the detail panel renders: the three dates, the stored status, the contributing tenant, and every tenant's eligibility, participation and stored scheduling date. Dates and statuses are stored values rendered as-is, never re-derived on read. The payload carries anchorGroupPractitionerId because reads are keyed by NPI while every write is keyed by that id. Answers a uniform 404 when the pair names nothing — 'no such NPI' and 'not in this group' are deliberately indistinguishable.
