Save one template column's note

/templates/:id/notes

Saves the free-text note of one column of a roster template (CP-40246) without changing anything else: only the Notes column of the template's mappings CSV is rewritten, so the template's schema, column records and status stay as they are.

When to use: the column builder calls this when a note editor closes on an already saved template. Notes of new templates, and every other change, are saved with POST /templates/scratch / PATCH /templates/{id}/scratch, which also accept notes per column.

Returns: 204 when saved. 404 when the template or the column does not exist. 409 when the note cannot be saved on its own (the feature is switched off, or the template predates the column builder); save it with PATCH /templates/{id}/scratch instead.
