List distinct roster-template creators for the Created by filter
GET/templates/created-by
Returns the distinct createdBy values across the tenant's roster templates, each resolved to the creator's display name and email where possible (CP-39764), for the Manage Templates "Created by" filter dropdown. Filter the list with createdBy matched against each entry's raw id.
The data layer has no DISTINCT, so this pages through the tenant's templates server-side and dedupes; the scan is bounded and truncated is true when the page cap was hit and the list may be incomplete. Name/email resolution is best-effort: unresolved creators (deleted users, Auth0 subjects, guest markers) return null name and email and clients fall back to the raw id. Read-only.
