Save a selection filter and get its id

POST

/filters

Checks the filter against the data-access layer's filter language (allowed fields and operators per entity type, value types, size limits), normalises it (keys and list values sorted, text trimmed, case kept) and stores it once. Saving the same filter again returns the existing document with 200. A filter never names a tenant: the tenant travels with the export request. Refusals answer 400 with one error per rule, each listing what is allowed.
