Fetch a single pipeline run by ID

GET 
/monitoring-workflows/:workflowId/pipeline-runs/:id

Returns the detail of a specific pipeline run belonging to the specified monitoring workflow. Use this endpoint when you already have a pipeline run ID from GET /monitoring-workflows/{workflowId}/pipeline-runs. When includeSteps is true, the response includes the step-level breakdown of the pipeline execution; defaults to false when omitted. Requires MONITORING_WORKFLOW_PIPELINE_TRIGGER. The tenant-id header is mandatory.
