Soft-delete a record from a workflow section
DELETE/monitoring-workflows/:workflowId/:sectionName/:recordId
Soft-deletes the specified record from a monitoring workflow section by setting its deletedAt timestamp; the record is not physically removed from storage. Use this endpoint to remove a record that was entered in error or is no longer applicable. Requires MONITORING_WORKFLOW_DETAILS_DELETE. The tenant-id header is mandatory.
