A practitioner's shared credentialing status by NPI

/api/v1/shared-credentialing/practitioners/:npi/status

Each visible plan's stored eligibility verdict and current credentialing workflow, and each visible anchor group's current shared workflow, with its open outreaches when that read is switched on. Only anchor groups in which the caller reads every plan are included; an unknown or hidden NPI answers 200 with empty lists.
