Preview facility location termination impact

/facilities/:certifyFacilityId/locations/:certifyLocationId/termination-impact

Returns a read-only pre-flight summary of what would be affected if the specified facility location were terminated: the location name, address summary, the networks (and optional plan ids) the location participates in via the facility, and whether the location is already terminated. Use this before calling POST .../locations/{certifyLocationId}/terminate to understand the scope of the change — this endpoint makes no changes itself.
