Fetch a single egress template by ID
GET/api/v1/egress-templates/:templateId
Returns the full egress template record for the given templateId, including schedule configuration, version, and the GCS URL of the current mapping CSV.
When to use: call this to retrieve complete template detail before an update, or to inspect the current mapping and schedule configuration.
Preconditions: tenant-id header must be present. The template must belong to the tenant identified by tenant-id.
Cross-tenant isolation: if templateId exists but belongs to a different tenant, this returns 404 (not 403) to avoid revealing that the ID exists. Consumers should not interpret a 404 as proof the template does not exist for any tenant.
Returns: the full EgressTemplateResponse object. This operation is read-only with no side effects.
