Bulk mark flags as unread
PATCH/flags/bulk-mark-unread
Marks multiple flags as unread for the current user. Returns 204 if all succeeded, 207 if some failed.

If some of the IDs failed to be marked as unread.
Bad request.
Unauthorized if authorization token is not provided or invalid.
Forbidden if user access is not right.
