Bulk mark flags as read
PATCH/flags/bulk-mark-read
Marks multiple flags as read for the current user. Returns 204 if all succeeded, 207 if some failed.

If some of the IDs failed to be marked as read.
Bad request.
Unauthorized if authorization token is not provided or invalid.
Forbidden if user access is not right.
